Easy and secure is.gd Customer Reviews: "Bought this guitar for my son. The fretboard is nice and the guitar has good balance. The pickups sound nice and give nice tone. The clean sound, in particular, is very nice for an 80s metal-head guitar. The switch and knobs feel solid. Also for a younger player, the 24-frets makes the frets closer together than a Fender Strat which makes it a bit easier for somewhat smaller hands (just a bit, this is not a short scale guitar).The guitar was setup with ultra-lite strings and the E and A had buzz on the open string. The Floyd was nowhere close to being setup correctly. I had to do a complete setup and remove the nut and raise, the truss bar had to be adjusted. I found the sticker stating that someone had done a setup to be kinda funny. A set of 9 strings sounds good on this guitar.I worry long term about the quality of the fret metal and the Floyd knife-edge, both are showing wear after only a few months. The guitar has a clamp on the back of the headstock that holds the two Allen wrenches for the Floyd -- I removed this because after some play the wrenches fall off the headstock, making it easy to lose them.Overall, a good looking guitar that sounds good, but expect to pay for a good setup (if you can't do it yourself) -- to get a set of decent strings on the guitar and remove the fret buzz.Finally, we had to get a bass case because the headstock is too long for this guitar to fit into a "strat" gig bag (it pokes out about two ...
